Booking details:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. However, the amount will be deducted from your purchase on the day.
• Your booking will be set for a 60-minute time period, however you are welcome to speak with us anywhere from 5 mins to 60 mins.
• Once your booking is received we will send you a zoom invite for your calendar & the zoom link for our call. Please ensure you are on the zoom call 5 minutes early.
• No shipping charges will be applied to the $20 deposit, however, if there are additional items in your cart when purchasing this, normal shipping conditions will apply.
• When you are in the checkout, please note your preferred time & day in the 'Order Special Instructions' field. We will do our best to allocate this time to you or we'll connect with you to find another suitable time if that booking time is unavailable.
