Private Yoga is also available. If this is an option you’d prefer, please make us aware that you are seeking an individualized approach to your practice.
Please detail anything you feel relevant to your yoga practice. Experience, ailments, etc… If you wish to speak about something specific, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your practice.
