We take great pride in our products, and we hope you’re delighted with your purchase from Your PRANA. We are not required by law to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we can exchange those products or offer a store credit (other than custom made pieces, gift cards, and seconds), subject to the following conditions:
Contact is made within 3 days of purchase and items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase
- You must provide your name, address, phone number and email
- The returned items must not be jewellery or stock clearance items
- The returned items must be unused with original tags/labels attached
If you wish to return or exchange an item which was purchased on our website please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Including any postage and handling costs (circumstances considered). If these requirements are not satisfied, Your PRANA reserves the right not to offer an exchange or store credit.
Faulty Item Returns
You can choose an exchange, store credit or refund if an item has a major issue. Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt. Pick-up and delivery is not included. If the piece has a manufacturers fault, under the Consumers Guarantees Act you are entitled to a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund for a major failure. Please be sure to read and follow the care guidelines as Your PRANA will not be responsible for any damaged caused by the consumer. Please contact us immediately to discuss any issues.
