Serpentinite Yin & Yang Pounamu / Greenstone Set #1528

Each carving is approximately 50mm in length & originates from the West Coast of New Zealand.

 

These stones are exquisitely translucent & when held to sunlight present a beautiful green glow!

 

This Yin & Yang Pounamu Set is destined for two beautiful humans who loving witness how their opposing energies complement one another. Yin represents the Feminine. Yang represents the Masculine. 

 

Part of this symbolism is how one partner’s light, may shine on the other’s darkness, yet, encourage them to heal from their darker times & evolve together, as one. This set represents an infinite partnership between two people. It is a beautiful gift for newlyweds, fiancees, or others who want to emphasize their connection, their love for each other, their loyalty & friendship.

 

Over time these Pounamu will absorb their wearer’s natural body oils, taking on qualities unique only to them. The colours of the stone & depth of detail will alter beautifully over time. They will harness their wairua (spirit) & enhance their mana (energy). These Pounamu will forever be a symbol of their connection to our beautiful land & one day may be a sacred heirloom they hand down to their future generations.
