Our mums & bubs yoga class is ideal for mums who are seeking some ‘me time’ but also which to enjoy the laughter of their child.
Sound like you? All levels are welcome, you will most likely be rediscovering your body after having your bundle of joy & things have changed. Together let’s discover what has changed & work towards a stronger core, greater ‘control’, improved balance & juggling skills.
This is your practice, so if you wish to take any resting poses, optional cues, you go right ahead & do so. You are incredibly unique & we want you to embrace this. Make this practice, your own, claim it & do what bests serves your mind, body & breath.
This class is designed so you & your child can explore yoga in an environment where you feel safe, comfortable & supported.
