Eagles Nest’s Wellness Retreat is led by Antoinette Elizabeth from Your PRANA, a Movement & Rehabilitation Coach, Holistic Health Practitioner, Nutritionist, Personal Trainer & Yoga Teacher.

Embrace four days (& three nights) of minimized technology, a nutritious, locally sourced, plant-based diet, yoga, meditation, reflection, movement coaching & outdoor activities.

We will introduce you to the beauty of Russell and the stunning Bay of Islands, with the opportunity for sailing, kayaking & time for relaxing on Eagle Nest’s private beach.

Functional testing (epigenetics, blood work, postural, food sensitivities & hormones) to aid in your goals & outcomes, will present a scientific understanding of your specific nutritional, environmental, emotional & movement requirements.

You will leave your retreat feeling refreshed, invigorated & with a personalized plan to move forward with. Tailored to your nutrition, mindset & movement, equipping you to create a new mindful & healthy way of living.
